On awakening from sleep recite this dua:

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ
|
"All praise
be to Allah, who gave us life after killing us (sleep is a form of
death) and to Him will we be raised and returned".
